We live local and have visited a few times now to enjoy breakfast. We called in this morning with our friends that were visiting and had another great experience. (Pictured is the boathouse breakfast) Value for money, friendly staff and good quality food - plus it’s always good to support local businesses! Lovely to have a stroll round the local area too, with Hythe town centre a short walk away.

Took granddaughter for a meal to experience the Marina. Service very polite and efficient, we all enjoyed our food tasty, well cooked and decent portions. Only disappointed there was no way to add a tip to card payment, shame because we don't carry cash.

Our u3a group had a lunch here for 48 members in late February. It was an excellent event. Everyone commented on the quality & service which was first class. The menu offered was varied and was pre-ordered. The manager who we dealt with was very helpful in the organisation & choices of the menu and the restaurant was laid out just how we wanted. The staff are friendly & efficient. Thank you. We will definitely return.

31 members of our Lunch Club for 60 to 96 year olds visited for lunch on 17th June 2024. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Friendly, efficient & great empathy with our members. Food fantastic. Our experience couldn’t have been better.

Lovely spacious room, comfortable beds, large bath and separate shower, clean and tidy, large balcony with a beautiful view, good breakfast choice and staff were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The Boathouse was exceptional. The large balcony, the view, the room. Everything was thought of to make my stay wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful. I enjoyed my whole experience. There was nothing I disliked.

Lovely location overlooking the marina watching the cruise liners go by. A short walk into Hythe town. Sea Shells restaurant was a nice find. great location to stay and visit the forest and Exbury gardens

It is beautiful, we got continental breakfast included for free. My husband had the full English for £8 it was massive and delicious. The room was huge with large bath tub. The location was just amazing.

Location and Parking, as close to family. Amazing attentive, pleasant and polite staff. The room size was brilliant and even had a fridge. The shower was really powerful. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back again next year!

Superb location in Hythe with plenty of free parking. Room 4 was huge! Massive shower, deep bath and enormous bed with a separate seating area, and even a fridge. I was really surprised in a good way and loved the hotel. It was quiet at night and just perfect. We had a lovely meal in the evening with friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good location for our trip to Southampton Boat Show. Staff are very helpful and helped us when I had a problem with a door being stuck. 4th time we’ve stopped.

This is a delightful hotel in a great location, I have never smelled such a clean room! This is our third visit and every time has been great, they certainly set the standard. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area or joining a cruise ship.
